* Exams will be done distanced, with pets taken to the treatment area as owners wait in the waiting room.

* If you are showing any signs of respiratory infection please do not enter the clinic. If your pet's appointment is not essential at this time please reschedule. If your pet is ill or injured and needs to be seen immediately, let us know and we will retrieve the pet from your car and maintain contact by phone with the owner.

* If you have travelled outside of the country please advise us when booking your appointment.

We will be CLOSED from Thursday July 14 6:00 pm - Tuesday July 19 12:00 pm for renovations.

If you have an emergency, please call your nearest 24 hours clinic. Please check under our helpful links tab to find one near you.

If you have medications to be filled or food to be picked up, please call and pick up in advance.
